Drum Point Lighthouse at 14200 South Solomons Island Road is an exhibit at the Calvert Marine Museum that once stood off Drum Point at the mouth of the Patuxens River. The structure was originally a Chesapeake Bay screw-pile lighthouse.
Something unique: It is one of four surviving Chesapeake Bay screw-pile lighthouses.
