About Cerritos
Founded in 1826 by the state's Congress, San Juan de Los Cerritos serves as the center of a municipality containing about 51 other small towns in central San Luis Potosí. The area has experienced tremendous growth, particularly due to the construction of the Cemento Moctezuma factory, which was dominated by Casa Gloria during the 1960s and 1970s.
