About Chesapeake Ranch Estates
Located in Lusby within southern Calvert County, this community was founded in 1958 and governed by a homeowners' association officially called the Property Owner's Association of the Chesapeake Ranch Estates. It is locally known as the Ranch Club and contains over 4,000 homes. The area functions as a census-designated place with a residential population recorded at 10,519 in 2010.
