About Coconut Creek
Coconut Creek is a city in Broward County, Florida, situated 37 miles north of Miami and part of the South Florida metropolitan area. It seceded from Pompano Beach in the 1960s to become an independent municipality. The community is home to Butterfly World, which holds the title of the world's largest butterfly aviary.
