Located at 57 Fort Street, the Ebenezer Avery House and Museum was originally built in the 1760s before being moved to its current site in 1971. This historic house museum is maintained by the Avery Memorial Association.

Something unique: It served as a shelter for injured British soldiers following the Battle of Groton Heights in 1781.
