About Cotati
Cotati is a city in Sonoma County, California, located approximately 45 mi (70 km) north of San Francisco in the 101 corridor between Rohnert Park and Petaluma. With a population of 7,584 as of the 2020 Census, it holds the distinction of being the least populous incorporated community in Sonoma County.
