The Old State House

🎟️ Attraction in Capitol Green, Dover, DE

The Old State House is a historic two‑story, five‑bay brick building on Capitol Green, built between 1787 and 1792 in the Middle Georgian style. Its front facade features a fanlight over the center door, a Palladian window above it, and an octagonal cupola atop a shingled side gabled roof.

Something unique: It served as the Kent County Court House until 1873.
