Sobre Clovis
Clovis es una ciudad del condado de Fresno, California, establecida en 1890 como parada de carga para el Ferrocarril del Valle de San Joaquín. Fue desarrollada por empresarios de Fresno y el especulador ferroviario de Míchigan Marcus Pollasky sobre tierras compradas a dos agricultores. La estación y la ciudad posterior recibieron su nombre de uno de esos agricultores, Clovis Cole.
