About Forest Grove
Forest Grove is a city in Washington County, Oregon, United States, located 25 miles west of Portland within the Tualatin Valley. Originally a small farm town settled in the 1840s, it was platted in 1850 and incorporated in 1872 as the first city in Washington County. Today it functions primarily as a commuter town for the Portland metro area.
