Science East is a charitable science education organization based in Fredericton that provides STEM education through school programs, travelling exhibits, and workshops. From 1999 until 2024, it operated an interactive science centre in the former York County Jail in downtown Fredericton.
Something unique: The organization offers teacher professional learning and community outreach throughout New Brunswick, alongside a portable digital planetarium.
