About Kokomo
Kokomo serves as the county seat of Howard County and the principal city of its metropolitan area in North Central Indiana. Located approximately 60 miles north of Indianapolis and 85 miles south of South Bend, it acts as a regional center for six counties. The city had a population of 59,604 according to the 2020 census.
