California Botanic Garden

The California Botanic Garden is a large park located in the Edison Historic District of Claremont, covering 86 acres and dedicated to native Californian plants. It hosts about 70,000 specimens from 2,000 species and maintains a seed bank for rare plant embryos.
Something unique: It is located just south of the San Gabriel foothills.
