About Meadow Lake
Meadow Lake sits in the boreal forest of northwestern Saskatchewan, roughly 246 kilometres northeast of Lloydminster. Founded as a trading post in 1799, it evolved from a village and town before officially becoming Saskatchewan's 14th city on November 9, 2009.
