Janssen Park is a municipal park bounded by Janssen and Port Arthur Avenues, 9th and 7th Streets, featuring grassy expanse, mature trees, walkways radiating from a central drive around Mena's oldest building, the c. 1850s Shelton log cabin, two ponds in its southern quadrant, and a clocktower near the cabin.
