Nyack is a village in Rockland County, New York, incorporated in 1872 with most of its area in Orangetown and a small western section in Clarkstown. Located on the west bank of the Hudson River about 15 miles north of Manhattan, it serves as a suburb of New York City. The village sits north of South Nyack, east of Central Nyack, south of Upper Nyack, and southeast of Valley Cottage.
