About Owasso
Owasso sits on the northern edge of Tulsa, spanning Rogers and Tulsa Counties in Oklahoma. The community grew from its 1881 settlement in Indian Territory to a population of 39,328 by 2022, up 36 percent since 2010. It was incorporated as a town in 1904 just before statehood and became a city in 1972.
