About San Tan Valley
San Tan Valley is a town in northern Pinal County, Arizona, with a population of 99,894 recorded at the 2020 census. Following the passage of Proposition 495 to incorporate it as a municipality, the area became one of the most recently incorporated cities in the country in 2025.
