South Tucson is a small enclave city surrounded by the much larger municipality of Tucson in Pima County, Arizona. Heavily influenced by Hispanic and especially Mexican culture, the area features numerous restaurants and shops selling traditional Mexican food and goods throughout its streets. With a population of just 4,613 according to the 2020 census, it maintains a distinct cultural identity separate from its neighbor.
