Sonny Bono Park sits at the junction of 20th St NW, New Hampshire Ave NW, and O St NW in Dupont Circle. It was created by real‑estate developer Geary Simon through the Adopt‑a‑Park program, who invested more than $25,000 to revitalize an unused traffic island with plumbing, landscaping, and new furniture.
