About Tepatitlán de Morelos
Founded in 1530, Tepatitlán de Morelos sits in Los Altos de Jalisco within the Bajío macroregion, roughly 70 km east of Guadalajara. The city center features a Baroque-style parish church dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi and a kiosk on the Plaza de Armas. Visitors can also see the Temple of San Antonio and the city hall, which is built in a distinctive neoclassic-baroque style.
