Opened in 1933 on land purchased in 1903, Chahinkapa Zoo is the first zoo built in North Dakota. This 29-acre attraction features over 200 animals, including gibbons, Bengal tigers, and White rhinos.
Something unique: The zoo is open May through October and by appointment during the winter.
