The Flat Iron Hotel
The Flat Iron Hotel is located at 20 Battery Park Avenue in Asheville, North Carolina. This nine-story property occupies a historic building designed by New York architect Albert C. Wirth and developed as part of the Battery Park Hill redevelopment.
It is a contributing building to the Downtown Asheville Historic District and took its first tenants in January 1926.
