About Cambria
Cambria is a coastal town in San Luis Obispo County, California, located midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles along California State Route 1. The name was chosen in 1869 as the Latin term for Wales, replacing earlier names like Slabtown and Rosaville. It is situated amidst Monterey pines in one of only three such native forests.
