Cedar City is the largest city in Iron County, Utah, located 250 miles south of Salt Lake City and 170 miles north of Las Vegas on Interstate 15. It hosts Southern Utah University and serves as a venue for the Utah Shakespeare Festival and the Utah Summer Games. The city’s population grew to 35,235 in 2020.
