About Cuautla
Located about 104 kilometers south of Mexico City in the state of Morelos, Cuautla is the third most populous city in the region after Cuernavaca and Jiutepec. The municipality covers an area of 153.651 square kilometers and was officially founded on April 4, 1829. By 2020, the city proper had grown to include 157,336 inhabitants.
