Fair Oaks Ranch is a city located in Bexar, Comal, and Kendall counties in Texas. It was named after Ralph E. Fair Sr., an oilman and rancher who operated the ranch that became the town. The 2020 census recorded a population of 9,833, with an estimated rise to 10,505 by 2021.
