Bowie Railroad Museum
Located at 8614 Chestnut Avenue, the Bowie Railroad Museum features restored frame structures from the former train station, including a freight depot and interlocking tower. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
The station served passenger trains from 1872 until 1989, when it was replaced by Bowie State station nearby.
