About Glenwood
Glenwood serves as the county seat of Mills County and is its largest city, with a population that declined slightly from 5,358 in 2000 to 5,073 in 2020. Originally founded by Mormons before their migration to Utah, the community later established itself as a center for kosher meatpacking after World War II. The city also experienced significant flooding in 2019.
