Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts is a town in the province of Quebec, Canada, situated in the regional county municipality of Les Laurentides within the administrative region of Laurentides. This area is also known as the "Laurentians" or the Laurentian Mountains. The town borders on a lake called Lac des Sables and lies approximately 80 kilometres northwest of Montreal.
