About San Clemente
San Clemente is a coastal city in southern Orange County, situated roughly midway between Los Angeles and San Diego. Named in 1925 after the Spanish colonial island, it is known for its beaches and Spanish Colonial Revival architecture. The city officially uses the slogan "Spanish Village by the Sea."
