About Sept-Îles
Sept-Îles is a city in the Côte-Nord region of eastern Quebec and one of the oldest places in the province. Along with Brador and Blanc-Sablon, it shares this historical distinction while maintaining a population of 24,569 as of the 2021 Canadian census. The town is called Uashat, meaning "bay" in Innu-aimun.
