About Valley Station
Valley Station is a former census-designated place in southwestern Jefferson County that became part of Louisville Metro following a 2003 government merger. Local media now regard it as a neighborhood within the city limits of Louisville. The area derives its name from its location in the valley between Muldraugh Hill and the Knobs.
