About Victoriaville
Located in south-central Quebec on the Nicolet River, Victoriaville serves as the seat of the Arthabaska Regional County Municipality. The municipality is part of the Centre-du-Québec (Bois-Francs) region and was formed in 1993 through the merger of Arthabaska, Saint-Victoire-d'Arthabaska, and Victoriaville. The final entity retained the name Victoriaville from one of its predecessor communities.
