Buccaneer State Park is a public recreation area located off U.S. Highway 90 and Beach Boulevard, straddling the line between Waveland and Clermont Harbor. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, the park was entirely rebuilt after Hurricane Katrina destroyed all its buildings in 2005.

Something unique: The park straddles the boundary between two communities: Waveland and Clermont Harbor.
