Wilkinsburg is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and had a population of 14,349 as of the 2020 census. The borough was named for John Wilkins Jr., a United States Army officer who served as Quartermaster General from 1796 to 1802.
