About Turtle Creek
Turtle Creek is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, located 12 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. The population was 5,114 at the 2020 census. It takes its name from a small stream that flows into the Monongahela River, and before white settlers arrived there was a Native American village of the Turtle Clan of the Iroquois Nation.
