About Windsor
Windsor is situated on the south bank of the Detroit River directly across from the U.S. city of Detroit, Michigan. Administratively independent of Essex County, it marks the southwestern end of the Quebec City–Windsor Corridor. As the southernmost major city in Canada, it holds a unique geographic position within Southwestern Ontario.
