ποΈ Attraction in Tree Area, Laramie, WY
Located in the Tree Area, the Laramie Plains Museum occupies the Ivinson Mansion, a residence built in 1892 by Jane and Edward Ivinson. The home was designed by Walter E. Ware and now serves as a museum and events center after being acquired by the Laramie Plains Museum Association in 1972.
Something unique: The mansion was used as a boarding school by the Episcopal Church until 1958.
